Information about ordering
Once you have completed your order an order confirmation to your email address.
In the confirmation you will find all information about products, pricing, billing and shipping address.

Shipping and delivery
All goods are sent by Post / DHL to the nearest delivery and our normal delivery time is 3-5 working days.
The fee for postage is determined by weight / volume of your order.
NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be sent at the earliest on the Monday after.
If delays in delivery occur (but that we have notified you of longer delivery)
so please contact us directly at email@example.com.
In case of late delivery, you always have the right to cancel your purchase.
The risk of purchased goods passes to the buyer when the delivery is made.
The prices in the shop are shown in SEK (Swedish crowns) and all prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve price changes caused by changes in prices from our suppliers,

Advance payment by bank transfer
Once you have placed your order you receive an order number.
Pay to our bank account and we will send your orders as soon as payment is received.

Information on Right of Withdrawal, Complaints, Returns and Replacement
Product must be in salable condition with undamaged packaging.
You, the customer has a general statutory 14 days from the date you received an item you ordered.
You can not use the right of withdrawal under Swedish law on goods whose seal has been broken.
When exercising the right of withdrawal you stand for return shipping
When exercising the right of withdrawal will be refunded the full amount.

We provide functional guarantee on delivery, otherwise no guarantee because motorcycles are classed as competition vehicles.
